can a sister claim possession of immovable property in the capacity of legal heir from the brother (Heirs of brother and wife in actual) after 20 years of brothers death and if all the properties are sold by brother in his lifetime.

In the United Kindom and many other non-islamic countries, you have to pay interest (Riba) which is a major sin. Does this mean that muslims cannot go to university, or is there a way, many muslims would like to go to university however they are forbidden to do so. I would like to know if there is a way or is University in the UK forbidden, period. Jazakallah, I look forward to your answer.

I am doing my post grad studies but my parents want me to get married and for that they have made my life miserable. Abusing me mentally and emotionally. I am completely drained. As Salaam Alyakum, i would lke 2 ask tat,i luv sum1 in dis world bt i dint married her bt still v luv each other even thou v r married wid sum1 else. Assalamualaikkum, One of my Relative died recently. He doesn't have any kids. How will be his property devided. He is left with Wife, and one sister. All his brothers are dead but brothers have 10 sons. Kindly guide me how the property should be divided as per sheriah law.

I love one girl friend very much & she also loves me. Due to age difference we could not marry but I believe that she would meet me in paradise. I never have sex with her & I don't believe on that. I promised Allah to provide my all payers benefit(sawab) to her even in paradise. Is it good & correct according to islam

please i would like to confirm if it is haram or whether it is permissable to drink qur'anic writings from a slate(probably) with the intent of protection when faced with life threatening situations such as sickness and illness which can arise from neglecting the situation. this is because my mother gives to us hantu(in my country i.e. islamic writings) and i am a bit skeptical.
