How Should We Intend for Qada (Compensation) Prayers?

Answer:

While compensating for his/her missed prayers, an individual must say which day’s salah and which day’s which time (maghrib, ishaa, dhuhr, fajr). If he doesn’t know this, he should say: “I intend to make up for the very first Fajr that I missed” (the same should be intended for every salah.)
If there are so many missed prayers, there is no need to make intention by determining each of them, because there is hardship in this. Then the intention is as the following: “I intend to make up for the very first or for the very last Fajr that I missed.” (The same should be intended for every salah.)
