 Is it Permissible to Place your Feet/Legs towards the Holy Kaaba?

What is provision of placing legs/feet towards Qibla? Is it permissible to place the leg while sleeping or in regular times towards Qibla?

All Muslims are supposed to show respect for the Holy Kaaba to which they direct to pray five times a day or for other worships, therefore;
