Answer:

Our Prophet (pbuh)doesn’t have full brother or sister. But he has breast feeding siblings.
His breastfeeding siblings through his wet nurse Halimah Al-Sadiah (may Allah be pleased with her) are Abdullah Ibn Al-Haarith, Unaysa bint Al-Haarith, Shayma bint Al-Haarith (may Allah be pleased with them).
