 How Will the Decayed Bones Be Resurrected?

Who will resurrect the rotten and decomposed bones that returned to dust? And how will He do?

“They say: “What! When we are reduced to bones and dust, should we really be raised up (to be) a new creation?” ( Isra, 49)
“Say: “(Nay!) Be ye stones or iron,” (Isra, 50)
"Or created matter which, in your minds, is hardest (to be raised up), - (Yet shall ye be raised up)!" then will they say: "Who will cause us to return?" Say: "He who created you first!" Then will they wag their heads towards you, and say, "When will that be?" Say, "May be it will be quite soon!”(Isra, 51)
 
Indeed, rather than the resurrection, is not it first creation that forcing the mind and being marvelous?
“Then We made the Nutfah into a clot (a piece of thick coagulated blood), then We made the clot into a little lump of flesh, then We made out of that little lump of flesh bones, then We clothed the bones with flesh, and then We brought it forth as another creation. So blessed be Allah, the Best of creators.” (Al-Mu’minun, 14)
“After that, surely, you will die.” (Al- Mu’minun, 15)
Then (again), surely, you will be resurrected on the Day of Resurrection. “ (Al-Mu’minun, 16)
For Allah, who made the first creation of the man from a clot (a piece of thick coagulated blood) it is much easier to resurrect the human beings and create them secondly after their deaths.
For example; a commander can gather a troop of soldiers scattered for a rest just by a command. This gathering is definitely easier and faster than recruiting them and arranging their positions for the first time.
Likewise; Allah, the Creator of all the cells and atoms composing the human body for the first creation, is going to reconsolidate them and resurrect the human being’s scattered cells left to rest through death. And Allah will do it just by a command. A command given to Israfel to blow the “sur” (the horn that will be blown on the Day of Judgment.)
As a matter of fact, Allah shows thousands of resurrection examples in every spring. Just in a few days He brings hundreds kinds of hibernated animals back to life and resuscitates withered, winter-killed plants. He vitalizes more than 300.000 kinds of plants and animals in every spring by thunders similar to “Sur”.
