Were followers of Pharaoh sent a prophet?

Did disbelievers like Pharaoh in the Quran know that he was going to hell? If he did, why didn't he become good? Why did people follow him even if they knew by doing so it will lead them to hell?

All prophets fulfilled the duty of tableeg (conveying the message)

“(We sent) apostles as the givers of good news and as warners, so that people should not have a plea against Allah after the (coming of) apostles; and Allah is Mighty, Wise.” (Surah al Nisaa, 165)

Since Allah (swt) does not want His servants to go wrong, He has sent prophets to mankind and informed them of the good and bad. Through the prophets, He gave glad tidings of jannah to those who believe and do righteous deeds and warned and threatened the evildoers with hell. If Allah (swt) had not sent prophets, people would say that “We are not responsible for our mistakes, because we weren’t informed of the right and the wrong. “

Prophet Moses was sent unto Pharaoh and his people

“And in Moses (too, there is a portent) when We sent him unto Pharaoh with clear warrant,

But he withdrew (confiding) in his might, and said: A wizard or a madman.

So We seized him and his hosts and flung them in the sea, for he was reprobate.” (Surah al Zariyat, 38- 40)

Even Pharaoh and Nimrod and their followers were sent prophets who informed them of the righteous path and faith. Therefore all Pharaoh, Nimrod and their followers knew that they were in the wrong way. However, their arrogance hindered their guidance and they chose to follow the evildoers while some others preferred to follow the prophets and fulfilled the orders of Allah (swt). So, they will be held responsible for their deeds that they preferred with their free-will.

For example, Prophet Moses lived in the time of Pharaoh and even in his palace. When Moses was charged with prophethood duty, some people in the palace including the wife of Pharaoh believed in Moses and followed his way; however some others rebelled against him. Consequently, Pharaoh and his people heard the tableeg of Prophet Moses, but while some willed to believe in Moses while the others followed Pharaoh.
